The Celeste Prize has been a national competition in several different countries including UK Germany and Italy, but now for the first time in 2009 the Celeste Prize is opening its doors to the international market. It is organized by a non-profit cultural association in Italy, which has no sponsors and is entirely dependent on the goodwill and subscriptions made by artists.
